Our children are very special to us! We know each child can have a personal relationship with Jesus from an early age. That’s why it is our honor to partner with parents to see our children grow spiritually. Our goal is to create fun, age-appropriate environments so that children can encounter Jesus and LOVE coming to church. Each of our amazing volunteers has been background-checked and trained to serve. Classes from birth through 5th grade are available every Sunday during both service times.
NURSERY
ages 0-3
Westside Nursery offers two age-specific classrooms for ages 0-3 years old. Each child is cared for, prayed over, and experiences our Bible lesson videos and songs during each service.
PRESCHOOL
ages 4-6
Westside Preschool is THE place for 4 to 6-year-olds! They’ll experience an amazing Bible lesson and time of worship designed especially for creative little ones! With loving teachers, interactive activities, snacks, and lots of fun and games, we’ve created an experience any preschooler would enjoy!
ELEMENTARY
ages 7-11
Westside Kids is our high-energy service for elementary-aged children. Jam-packed with worship, Bible lessons, prayer, games, and more, your child is sure to have loads of fun, make new friends, and grow closer to Jesus.
KIDS CHECK-IN & PICK-UP SECURITY
Safety is our top priority. Parents are provided a security tag and alphanumeric code when checking in their child, and they must keep and present this tag in order to pick their child up at the end of service. All of the children’s volunteer team members are professionally screened and trained to serve in their particular age group setting.
MEDICAL NEEDS & ALLERGIES
Please make a note of any medical needs or allergies that your child has when registering. These notes will appear on your child’s name tag to alert all teachers of these precautions. We only provide snacks that do not contain some of the most common allergens and are happy to serve your child a different, specified snack if you provide it. Our nursery and preschool classrooms provide snacks weekly; our Westside Kids service does not typically include a snack.
Parent Resources
We believe it is our commission to spiritually equip parents for the work of discipleship toward their children. We recognize that many parents are unsure where to begin with this endeavor due to the paramount nature of raising a child in the ways of the Lord. Therefore, we have easy-to-use resources available for you below. These are designed for a parent/guardian to build upon what is taught on Sunday in each room.
